Hong Won-hak(Korean: 홍원학) is the CEO and President of Samsung Life Insurance.

He is solidifying the company’s position as the top player in the life insurance industry by achieving high profitability in a rapidly evolving market.

He was born on July 10, 1964, in Seoul.

He graduated from Yongsan Technical High School and earned a degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Korea University.
