Jake Been (Bin Jun-gil) is the CEO of Neurophet. He leads the company together with Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Kim Dong-hyun.

He focuses on expanding into global markets such as the United States while accelerating partnerships with major global pharmaceutical companies.

He was born on March 28, 1988.

He graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at the Korea University of Technology and Education, earned a master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Computer Engineering from the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), and completed a doctoral program in Technology Management at Korea University Graduate School.

He worked at the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), where he was responsible for business development in the Global Partnering Team and for supporting startup programs. He also served as a researcher at the Bio-Computing Laboratory of GIST.

Afterward, he founded Neurophet, an artificial intelligence company specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases, together with his former senior colleague and current CTO, Kim Dong-hyun.

He values technology and is known for his perseverance and strong execution skills.
