Kim Gyu-bin is the CEO of Toss Securities and also serves as an inside director of Toss Securities America, the company’s U.S. subsidiary.

He faces the challenge of maintaining consistent operating profit based on the firm’s competitiveness in the domestic and overseas retail stock markets. Following its expansion into the U.S., Toss Securities is accelerating its business growth by establishing a new base in Singapore, marking a full-scale push into the global market.

He was born on January 5, 1989, in Seoul.

During high school, he studied abroad in the United States and graduated from Northfield Mount Hermon School. He earned a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

He co-founded the mobile gift service “Nanojo.” After working as a product manager at eBay Korea, he joined Viva Republica, the operator of the mobile financial service Toss, in 2020.

At Toss, he served as a product owner responsible for product strategy and planning before moving to Toss Securities, where he also worked as a product owner and later as Head of Product.

In October 2024, he was appointed CEO of Toss Securities.
