Born in 1974, he graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in mathematics and went on to spend more than 20 years in marketing at P&G, Coca-Cola, and SBS Media Holdings.
He later joined McDonald’s Korea and was appointed CEO in 2022.

Through initiatives such as the local “Taste of Korea” campaign and hit menu items like “The BTS Meal,” he has achieved both business growth and a turnaround to profitability.
