Life Summary
Lee Bong-kwan is the chairman of Seohi Construction and also serves as the CEO of the holding company Yuseong TNS.

He was born in 1945 in Pyongyang, South Pyongan Province, and moved south during the Korean War.

He graduated from Munhwa High School in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province, and went on to study business administration at Kyung Hee University.

He began his career at POSCO.

In 1982, he founded Yeongdae Transport, a logistics company, and later acquired Korea Shintong Transportation, which led to the establishment of Yuseong Special Cargo.

In 1994, he shifted from the transportation business to construction, renaming Yeongdae Transport as Seohi Construction and entering the construction industry. The transportation business was handled by Yuseong Special Cargo.

Since 2008, he has actively pursued housing cooperative projects.

A devout Christian, he took on projects such as churches and hospitals that other construction companies were reluctant to build. He gradually expanded his business by focusing on regional housing cooperatives.

To overcome the challenges posed by a downturn in the construction market, he is now working with his three daughters to develop new business ventures.
