Life Summary
Lee Kyung-soo is the chairman of Cosmax.

He was born in 1946 in Songhwa, Hwanghae Province. When the Korean War broke out, he and his family fled to Pohang, North Gyeongsang Province, when he was five years old.

He graduated from Pohang High School and went on to earn a degree in pharmacy from Seoul National University.

In 1973, he began his career as a sales representative at Dong-A Pharmaceutical. He later worked as an advertising planner at Oricom before moving to Daewoong Pharmaceutical.

At the age of 46, he entered the world of entrepreneurship. In 1992, he founded Korea Meiruto, which later became Cosmax.

After serving as president, he now leads the company as chairman.

His eldest son, Lee Byung-man, serves as CEO of Cosmax, while his second son, Lee Byung-joo, is CEO of the holding company Cosmax BTI.
