He then moved to Lotte Shopping, where he served as Head of the Land Development Division 1, Head of the Daejeon-Chungcheong Customer Division, and Head of the Development Headquarters Division.

He transferred to Lotte Asset Development, where he held positions including Head of the Complex Development Division, Head of the Management Strategy Division, and Head of the General Headquarters, before being appointed CEO at the end of 2021.
