Seo Jin-seok is the CEO in charge of overall management at Celltrion.

Together with CEOs Ki Woo-sung and Kim Hyung-ki, he leads Celltrion under a co-CEO system.

He was born on August 16, 1984, as the eldest son of Celltrion Chairman Seo Jung-jin, the first of his two sons.

He graduated from the Department of Animal Science at Seoul National University and earned both his master’s and doctoral degrees from the Graduate School of Bio and Nano Technology at KAIST.

After joining the Celltrion Life Science Research Institute, he served as Head of Product Planning at Celltrion’s R&D Division and as Vice President of Celltrion Skin Cure, before being appointed CEO of Celltrion Skin Cure in 2017.

He later returned to Celltrion as Senior Vice President and Head of the Product Development Division.

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Celltrion, Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Celltrion Holdings, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Celltrion Skin Cure, Internal Director of Celltrion Pharm, and Outside Non-Executive Director of Celltrion Entertainment, before being appointed CEO of the integrated Celltrion in 2023 following the merger of Celltrion and Celltrion Healthcare.
