Suh Ho-sung is the CEO of Refine.

He is working to enhance corporate value by discovering future new businesses.

He was born on December 25, 1966.

He graduated from the Department of Economics at Seoul National University and completed the MBA program at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in the United States.

He worked as a director at Bain & Company and then moved to Hyundai Card, where he served as Head of Strategic Planning and Head of Marketing. He also served as Head of Wealth Management at HMC Investment Securities and Head of Management at Hyundai Life Insurance.

He then moved to Hankook Tire & Technology Group, where he worked as Head of Strategy Planning, Head of the Americas Regional Headquarters, and Executive Vice President in charge of Strategy & Marketing.

He was appointed as the first external candidate, not from KT, to serve as CEO of K Bank, an affiliate of KT.

In April 2025, he was appointed CEO of Refine, the nation’s first real estate due diligence company, which welcomed a private equity fund (PEF) as its new owner.

Conflicts with activist shareholders that arose immediately after his appointment are drawing attention, as they may escalate into legal disputes, and there is interest in whether he will find a way to resolve them.

He is an expert in management strategy and marketing. He is well-versed in fundraising and mergers and acquisitions and has a strong global perspective.
